9.When will the packages be shipped?
We offer different processing times depending on the product category:The majority of our DIY Kits are in stock and will be shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. In rare cases, certain DIY Kits may require a longer processing time due to production schedules. If this occurs, we will contact you promptly to keep you informed.

Yes, we do accept returns subject to fulfilment of the following conditions:
-The item must have been sold on our online store
-The item shouldn’t have been used in any way
-The item should have its original packaging with all the tags etc.
-The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery.
-We do not cover the return shipping costs.

18.How long can I finish this project?
Assembly takes 3-5 hours. Which means soon you can show off to your friends and family or as a gift for them.

20.hat types of fabric can I use for the DIY fabric version?
You can use any fabric you love—even your cherished collection fabrics! As long as the fabric is iron-friendly, it’s suitable for our process. Cotton, linen, denim, corduroy, and similar materials work well.
21.Does the fabric for the custom version have to be ironed?
Yes, ironing is necessary. To ensure the fabric adheres smoothly and looks neat on the bag body, please use an iron with at least 2000W of power. Proper ironing improves the surface finish and ensures your final bag has a crisp, professional look.
22.Can I use old clothes or bags to make your DIY bag?
Absolutely! Our custom fabric kits are perfect for giving your beloved old clothes or bags a second life. As long as the fabric is suitable and can be ironed, you can turn it into a brand new, one-of-a-kind bag.
