What Can Be Customized:

*Different color material kits – If the product doesn’t come in your preferred color, feel free to contact us for a custom option.

*Fabric-to-full-leather upgrade – Kits with fabric can be customized into full leather versions upon request.

*Fabric selection – choose from our available fabrics and pair them with different styles

*Bag styles – You can request any style available in our store, or even propose a new design you love — we’re happy to create a custom piece just for you.

*Finished product service – Want it pre-made? We can handcraft the bag for you based on your customization request.

Production Time:

Custom orders may take an additional 7–30 business days to complete, depending on complexity and quantity.

We’ll notify you via email once your order is ready for shipping.

Payment & Returns:

Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or a mistake was made on our end.
