Yes, we do accept returns subject to fulfilment of the following conditions:

- The item shouldn't have been used in any way

- The item should have its original packaging with all the tags etc.

You can use any fabric you love—even your cherished collection fabrics! As long as the fabric is iron-friendly, it's suitable for our process. Cotton, linen, denim, corduroy, and similar materials work well.

Yes, ironing is necessary. To ensure the fabric adheres smoothly and looks neat on the bag body, please use an iron with at least 2000W of power. Proper ironing improves the surface finish and ensures your final bag has a crisp, professional look.
