Returns & Exchanges (Within 30 Days)
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period. We recommend checking your items as soon as they arrive.
Return Eligibility
• Items must be unused
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging
• If returned in a different condition, a 25% restocking fee will be applied

• Retired leathers
• Custom orders
• Clearance items
• Finished bags made using our sewing service
Note: Custom-made finished bags crafted through our sewing service are non-returnable, unless defective, due to their personalized nature.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval.
